We were staying for 4 nights before flying to IGU. We stored our luggage there in the hotel and returning to stay overnight to pick it up our luggage. My husband left the wedding ring unintentionally in the room while we checked out the first time, they kept it for him and he picked it up when we checked in the second time.

Great location but that's it. Charged £300 for something that was beyond my control at the start despite them agreeing with my procedure. Unclear policies. Front desk staff aren't helpful, just roll their eyes at questions. It should be a 3* maximum, calling it a 4* is a joke. Rooms severely outdated with stains everywhere. TV stopped working and had to be changed. Shower is hard. Bed isnt comfortable. Paper thin walls. Many many many better options nearby, don't be lulled into this for the price.

The room was very old, advertised as having a hot tub - it did not it had a bath with air jets that looked dirty, shower was like warm, gym equipment was very poor. The hotel in my opinion is maximum 3 stars and the description on the website is not reflective of the quality of the hotel. I would never stay here again.

Stay at the Windsor Excelsior Copacabana! Perfect location directly across from Copacabana Beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The staff were professional and friendly, special shoutout to Mathias for his great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Habitación muy bien. Hall acceso falta comodidad, generalmente no hay donde sentarse. personal de recepcion, nos obligo a hacer fila de 10 minutos solo para retirar la llave, cuando el check inn ya estaba listo. Mal, muy mal, al consultar, contestaron de mala forma.

Well, this is an overpriced hotel. The only great things were the location and the rooftop. The staff was average. They didn’t allow me to have visitors in the hotel, which was very annoying to me, especially because I booked that hotel specifically to have a good time at least one day with two friends. Overall, the hotel is very outdated — old appliances, TV, furniture, AC system, etc. For me, it’s definitely overpriced.
