Riverside Residence by Gina Suite

Need to upgrade the amenities.

Very convenient to the place that I want to go. Parking excellent n the room is good.

Spacious apartment with carpark and pool. The only negative side is that the towel provided were dirty.

I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside Residence. I felt that the apartment was good value for money as it had plenty of space and was well located. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I was able to organise car hire through them.

Booked 2x Twin Bed rooms. Upon arrival, was told only 2x Queen Bed rooms available. I insisted on having at least 1 room with Twin Beds, and the receptionist gave in reluctantly. I was lucky I bought a Tourist SIM from Progresif at the airport. The WIFI at the residence is useless. A famous breakfast place - Chop Jing Chew - is only a stone's throw away. The suite is spacious but furnishings are of low quality. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Really enjoyed the property itself. It was more of an apartment complex than a hotel. Unfortunately TV service had a total of 5 channels, only 1 English speaking channel and another subtitled in English. WiFi service was on and off, and not very fast. Rooftop pool was lovely, and it was so convenient to have a kitchenette and personal washer/dryer for our use. Overall a great place for a night or two but wouldn't recommend it for a family with small children. A good value for the money.

We were very disappointed in our stay. We actually checked out after 3 nights even though we paid to stay 7 nights. First of all, there was a frypan lid but no frypan, no cups or cutlery, no detergent, or scourer. When we asked for these things, we were given a blank look like we were asking for something unusual. On the website it says housekeeping daily which didn't happen, and also free bottled water which we asked about but were told that there wasn't any. It is called Riverside Residence, but the units are not looking out to the river, but instead to an industrial area. The shower looked impressive, but had no pressure. The only good thing I can think of is the internet worked alright. I would not recommend for overseas travellers as what is on the website and what you get are two different things.

We are happy to say we enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.The rooms were comfortable and with air conditioning in each bedroom{and Living Room} We have stayed here on 2 occasions ,one does not return if not happy with rooms. We also found a small supermarket and 2 good eateries within 2-3 mins walk from our suites.Prices were quiet affordable,again staff at these outlets were friendly and helpful.We managed to get a good taxi driver thru the apartment owners,he was very helpful and prompt. .Cost of taxi from airport to apartments about 30 Brunei Dollars.

- The 2-bedroom apartment is big enough for 5 of us. - Surrounded with good restaurants

Ok for new hotel ,could use bus for pickup,aircon works well ,nice pool for a swim ,food is around a 3 minute work ,quite location .

Perfect for a family get-away

Bardzo fajny hotel. Apartament duży i czysty, klima chłodzi momentalnie. Basen czysty. Spory parking. Jedyny minus to otoczenie, w najbliższej okolicy nie ma nic ciekawego, trzeba podjechać taksówką albo autobusem do atrakcji.

空港から近いが、移動には車が必要。 滞在には十分な設備で、値段も手頃。 ショッピングモールには、歩けなくはないが、車がベター。 新しく開業したらしく、タクシーも知らなかった。場所もわかりにくい。
