The staff was wonderful here! The waiters were all very nice at the restaurant and they let us have a late checkout when we had an evening bus, which was very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to the beach.

Really nice chill hotel with amazing staff. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's 10 km away from the main town and so it's definitely a quiter place. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. You can also take the 409 bus from the airport which stops right in front of the hotel.

First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. The Elevator even broke down, thankfully we werent in it at the time, but with everything not working properly, we didn't feel safe to use it. The next room it was touch and go if you got any water to shower with. Getting out of the tub was very precarious onto a wet tile floor wasnt fun or safe. The AC worked somewhat and not all the time. Just way over priced for a falling apart 'luxury hotel' but i will say the view was amazing. The staff was doing everything they could to work around all these problems. I would not recomend this place at all to anyone over 35. I hate to give such a low review but this was just so bad for charging as much as they did. Good luck to the staff. You are the only reason i gave it 2 stars.

The hotel was very nice inside. Nice and friendly staff. However it was incredibly difficult to find it and it doesn't have easy access to the beach (There is a path to the sea, but not easy to find). It has great views from the balcony. We were there in mid Sept so a lot of placed around were already shut. Also, word of warnibg- do not eat in the place called Alaska (by the beach, not related to the hotel, but not very far from the hotel)- it is terribly overpriced, food is aweful and not as advertised in the menu. The owner is simply very greedy.

The hotel was clean and looked quite new. However it was located at the end of a dirt road surrounded by abandoned buildings. So if we hadn't been warned by a friend we would've been sceptical when the taxi drove on to the dirt road. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as best they could. Most of them didn't speak much English though, but that seems to be normal in Bulgaria. Short walk to the beach where there were restaurants and sun beds. Overall value for money. Big rooms and a nice view. Would definitely return.

Liebe Leute. Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Aber die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist schrecklich. Und der Pool ist. Versalzt. Ihr habt ein Salzpool. Die Bedienung in der Rezeption. Ist nicht so gut sonst für eine Nacht. Kann man auf jeden Fall das übernachten? Danke

Det var noen ting som ikke var helt bra som gulvet på rommet som ikke var så ren når vi kom men de vasket ila oppholdet. Det var også bare å si ifra om det var noe så fikk en hjelp. Restauranten var ikke åpen hele tiden( grunnet strømbrudd),en kunne ikke ta med mat opp på rommet. Bassenget var litt skuffende,bedre på bildene på nettsiden deres. Stranda- hotellet har kun 5-6 parasoller som er reservert til gjesene. Så det er litt første man til mølla. Om det ikke er ledige plasser av disse må en betale for parasol/ solseng. Men folket på stranda fra baren og området der var veldig hyggelige. Veldig fin strand,rent vann og super vær. Det var gratis parkeringsplass også.

Sur le site des annoncés, deux piscines et l’intérieur, une extérieur c’est faux, il n’y a qu’une petite piscine extérieure et qui ferme à 18h pas pratique en plein été. En ce qui concerne la plage privée elle ne dépend absolument pas de l’hôtel, il vous faut sortir marcher pendant 15 minutes sur le bord de la route et accéder à la plage où la effectivement vous avez plusieurs plages privées à vous de choisir en ce qui concerne le restaurant, il ne sert le petit déjeuner que de huit heures à 10h et le soir passer 20 heures. Vous ne pouvez plus manger, j’ai déconseille fortement cet hôtel Hotel.

Het restaurant was helaas niet open. Wel kan je lekker van de infinity pool gebruik maken maar helaas niks aan het zwembad bestellen vanwege het restaurant dat niet open is.
Verder is het een klein loopje naar het strand, 2 trappen af. De beschikbare ligbedjes waren helaas allemaal bezet waardoor we ze moesten betalen van de aangelegen strandtent. Een klein gedeelte van de ligbedjes op de foto is van Aqua View / Appartments.
Verderop op 5min lopen zit een klein beachwinkeltje waar je o.a. goedkoop drinken en eten kan halen. Ook zit er aan hetstrand een surfwinkeltje waar je sup's en golfsurfplanken kan huren.
Verder is Aqua View een pareltje in dit gebied met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Als er meer servuce was in de virm van een restaurant en bar wat in bedrijf is, bediening bij het zwembad en een aantal zonnebedden in verhouding met het aantal gasten in het hotel dan hadden ze van mij voor alles 5 sterren gekregen.
In de kamer hing wel een beetje vreemde lucht maar dit was zo opgelost met wat deodorant. De bedden mogen wel wat zachter en de kussens wat voller. Verder alles dikke prima.

L’hotel è molto carino e ben curato , con una piccola piscina all’ingresso. Le stanze sono piene di ogni comfort, il personale è molto professionale. L’hotel è a due minuti dal mare. Hotellet er nybygget og meget velholdt. Umiddelbart er beliggenheden lidt speciel, hvis man kommer på egen hånd, men man finder sig hurtigt til rette. Værelserne er fine og velindrettede med gode faciliteter. Udsigten fra værelset er storslået. Poolen er meget lille og indbyder kun til, at man køler sig af. Der er ikke noget fitnesscenter uanset, at dette er angivet på reservationssiden. Maden er god, men udvalget begrænset ved halvpension - og lukketider skal tages alvorligt! Servicen er meget venlig og imødekommende, men den sproglige formåen til tider begrænset. Hotellet ligger i et roligt sommerhusområde med relativt nem adgang til stranden, hvor leje af liggestole og parasoller er meget rimelig i pris. Afstanden til Varna er meget bekvem.
