The staff was wonderful here! The waiters were all very nice at the restaurant and they let us have a late checkout when we had an evening bus, which was very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to the beach.

Really nice chill hotel with amazing staff. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's 10 km away from the main town and so it's definitely a quiter place. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. You can also take the 409 bus from the airport which stops right in front of the hotel.

Generelt småbedrift og især på værelset og badeværelset.,Stort set intet tryk på vandet i badeværelset. Fik dog et nyt værelse, da jeg bad om det. Her var tryk på vandet men lugtede grimt af kloak. First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. The Elevator even broke down, thankfully we werent in it at the time, but with everything not working properly, we didn't feel safe to use it. The next room it was touch and go if you got any water to shower with. Getting out of the tub was very precarious onto a wet tile floor wasnt fun or safe. The AC worked somewhat and not all the time. Just way over priced for a falling apart 'luxury hotel' but i will say the view was amazing. The staff was doing everything they could to work around all these problems. I would not recomend this place at all to anyone over 35. I hate to give such a low review but this was just so bad for charging as much as they did. Good luck to the staff. You are the only reason i gave it 2 stars.

The hotel was very nice inside. Nice and friendly staff. However it was incredibly difficult to find it and it doesn't have easy access to the beach (There is a path to the sea, but not easy to find). It has great views from the balcony. We were there in mid Sept so a lot of placed around were already shut. Also, word of warnibg- do not eat in the place called Alaska (by the beach, not related to the hotel, but not very far from the hotel)- it is terribly overpriced, food is aweful and not as advertised in the menu. The owner is simply very greedy.

L’hotel è molto carino e ben curato , con una piccola piscina all’ingresso. Le stanze sono piene di ogni comfort, il personale è molto professionale. L’hotel è a due minuti dal mare. Le uniche note dolenti sono la colazione che è davvero misera e con prodotti non freschi e poi è praticamente distante da ogni cosa eccetto il mare che per arrivarci devi percorrere delle scale anche un po’ pericolose

Hotellet er nybygget og meget velholdt. Umiddelbart er beliggenheden lidt speciel, hvis man kommer på egen hånd, men man finder sig hurtigt til rette. Værelserne er fine og velindrettede med gode faciliteter. Udsigten fra værelset er storslået. Poolen er meget lille og indbyder kun til, at man køler sig af. Der er ikke noget fitnesscenter uanset, at dette er angivet på reservationssiden. Maden er god, men udvalget begrænset ved halvpension - og lukketider skal tages alvorligt! Servicen er meget venlig og imødekommende, men den sproglige formåen til tider begrænset. Hotellet ligger i et roligt sommerhusområde med relativt nem adgang til stranden, hvor leje af liggestole og parasoller er meget rimelig i pris. Afstanden til Varna er meget bekvem.

The hotel was clean and looked quite new. However it was located at the end of a dirt road surrounded by abandoned buildings. So if we hadn't been warned by a friend we would've been sceptical when the taxi drove on to the dirt road. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as best they could. Most of them didn't speak much English though, but that seems to be normal in Bulgaria. Short walk to the beach where there were restaurants and sun beds. Overall value for money. Big rooms and a nice view. Would definitely return.

Just way over priced for a falling apart 'luxury hotel' but i will say the view was amazing. The staff was doing everything they could to work around all these problems. I would not recomend this place at all to anyone over 35. I hate to give such a low review but this was just so bad for charging as much as they did. Good luck to the staff. You are the only reason i gave it 2 stars.

The hotel was very nice inside. Nice and friendly staff. However it was incredibly difficult to find it and it doesn't have easy access to the beach (There is a path to the sea, but not easy to find). It has great views from the balcony. We were there in mid Sept so a lot of placed around were already shut. Also, word of warnibg- do not eat in the place called Alaska (by the beach, not related to the hotel, but not very far from the hotel)- it is terribly overpriced, food is aweful and not as advertised in the menu. The owner is simply very greedy.

L’hotel è molto carino e ben curato , con una piccola piscina all’ingresso. Le stanze sono piene di ogni comfort, il personale è molto professionale. L’hotel è a due minuti dal mare. Le uniche note dolenti sono la colazione che è davvero misera e con prodotti non freschi e poi è praticamente distante da ogni cosa eccetto il mare che per arrivarci devi percorrere delle scale anche un po’ pericolose

Really nice chill hotel with amazing staff. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's 10 km away from the main town and so it's definitely a quiter place. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. You can also take the 409 bus from the airport which stops right in front of the hotel.

Hotellet er nybygget og meget velholdt. Umiddelbart er beliggenheden lidt speciel, hvis man kommer på egen hånd, men man finder sig hurtigt til rette. Værelserne er fine og velindrettede med gode faciliteter. Udsigten fra værelset er storslået. Poolen er meget lille og indbyder kun til, at man køler sig af. Der er ikke noget fitnesscenter uanset, at dette er angivet på reservationssiden. Maden er god, men udvalget begrænset ved halvpension - og lukketider skal tages alvorligt! Servicen er meget venlig og imødekommende, men den sproglige formåen til tider begrænset. Hotellet ligger i et roligt sommerhusområde med relativt nem adgang til stranden, hvor leje af liggestole og parasoller er meget rimelig i pris. Afstanden til Varna er meget bekvem.

The hotel was clean and looked quite new. However it was located at the end of a dirt road surrounded by abandoned buildings. So if we hadn't been warned by a friend we would've been sceptical when the taxi drove on to the dirt road. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as best they could. Most of them didn't speak much English though, but that seems to be normal in Bulgaria. Short walk to the beach where there were restaurants and sun beds. Overall value for money. Big rooms and a nice view. Would definitely return.

The hotel is minutes away from the beach. The staff is so helpful and friendly you can see the famous Bulgarian hospitality in real terms. The sea is just great!
