Everyone was so helpful and nice. We were greeted immediately with a cool towel and a juice drink. Our flight came in around 10 a.m. which means we got to the hotel well before the 2 p.m. check in but they were able to let us check in early. Pro tip, the hotel offers a pick up/drop off from the air port at a specific price. It is very much the going rate for the ride, so just accept their ride. We did not because previous hotels overcharged for this service and it would have been much easier to get a ride from Saem Siem Reap Hotel. Breakfast was good and the salt water pool was so refreshing after visiting the temples. All around beautiful place to stay.

The Staff and the manager are nice, kind and respectful and they are eager to make your stay to feel like home. The breakfast was delicious with great selection of fresh seasonal fruits, After your visit to museums, temples and the city the hotel await you with a perfect swimming pool and surrounded trees. We loved this place.

The hotel was clean with good upkeep, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We decided to take the hotel's small/grand tour, and it was a fantastic decision. Traveling in a vehicle driven by a professional hotel staff member was much more comfortable and allowed for a flexible itinerary. Throughout the tour, we could really feel their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I’m so glad we chose the hotel-run tour over a generic travel agency.
