It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.

Very good. Extremely friendly, excellent staff. From the moment the (hotel-arranged) transport picked me up from the airport to when the (hotel-arranged) transport dropped me off at the airport, all the staff were excellent - very friendly, very helpful, very courteous. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, great for a solo traveller or a couple. Had a cabana room that opened out onto the pool, which was nice. The hotel is not big, so the pool, restaurant and gym are all easily accessible. There is a small business center as well, and a water fountain that the hotel encourages us to use to not overuse plastic bottles. While the hotel is very good on the whole, it is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Warping of the room door and the wardrobe doors mean they don't seal completely, and the stopper in the bathtub leaked water, making the bath almost unuseable. Once these get fixed, Saem Siem Reap will be an excellent place to stay. Cannot finish on a negative note, so will say again that the staff are really wonderful in their service.
