The suite was so large. Spacious and spotless. The reception staff were fantastic, making the stay perfect. Amazing breakfast, service and staff.

We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also so tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush and q-tips. There was a plate of fresh fruit on check in as well. We also booked a massage that was high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. Breakfast was delicious every day and we enjoyed traditional Cambodian breakfast. Easy location within the city and Tuk-tuk easily available.

This is the nicest hotel ever. It has vaulted ceilings in every room and hallway. I think it used to be an embassy. It has beautiful winding staircases everywhere. Full spa and restaurant on site. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I would recommend this place 100%

A very colonial hotel on a quiet side street, tucked away behind a small entrance and featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The room was spacious and grand, with a comfortable, large shower in the expansive bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are polite and pleasant, responding promptly to a couple of requests that I had. The hotel itself was formerly the American Embassy, which contributes to its grand interior, including an amazing staircase. I couldn't find any faults; the hotel is truly first class by Phnom Penh standards. This gives it a five-star feel at first sight, along with genuine warmth and charm. The location is central to key historical sights and local restaurants, so I highly recommend it. It was a truly amazing stay, and I will return.

The White Mansion- previously the US Ambassador residence in Phnom Penh - is a great hotel in location that is convenient to most of the major tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and efficient. Classic architecture- clean and well Maintained- pool and restaurant on first floor- rooms are large, clean with good furniture and line - solid ac in the room- plenty of hot water- easy walk or grab to sites- breakfast options are good and good coffee in the restaurant- worth including - safe area- I didn’t need to park a vehicle- overall - great hotel that I would recommend to family and friends
