很棒的住宿環境!員工也很貼心❤️️ 而且每次去金邊，根本就必訂白房子，因為有24小時的游泳池，所以任何時間都可以享受一下泡在水的清涼感受，覺得最棒的是呢，一樓的麵包店早餐也是簡單好吃又健康呢！一定要推薦所有親朋好友來住宿體驗一下呀！

因為評價高而訂房，實際入住不符期待。飯店格調高雅，服務人員親切熱忱有禮，也能迅速處理客戶問題，值得肯定。房間格間極差，晚上入睡前，不時受到走動;講話及關門聲干擾，早上6;7同樣情況又來一次，這次還多了工作人員的作業聲，非常影響睡眠品質。沐浴乳用大瓶很環保是美事，但不知是否在添加時污染，使用時有異味，而非沐浴乳應有的香味。

房间宽敞舒适，员工热情好客，早餐丰盛可颂面包可口酸奶美味。地理位置很不错，步行到河边酒吧街也只需要15分钟。
美中不足的是可能因为住在4楼最高层，水压有些不稳，冲凉时冷热断断续续。
另外入住过程中有个小插曲，和朋友下午回来休息，酒店在没有通知的情况下让人在房间修理窗帘，客房经理后来解释说她已经亲自检查过了才让员工进来修理，但是这给客人的感觉非常不好，陌生男人在房间里，我的imac，ipad还有一些现金都放在柜子的背包。后来还是我的朋友提议他们才给我安排了一间房暂做休息。
我的疑问是，1,窗帘是不是一定要现在修理，因为第二天我就会离店；2.如果一定需要修理，是不是应该先通知我才让其他人进入。这应该是酒店人的常识，希望以后不要发生在其他人身上了。
无论如何，整体是愉快的。谢谢

Everything was gracious and elegant at this gem of a hotel. The staff were attentive and informative, the spa treatments were excellent. Cafe treats were great and the room - huge, spotless and well-equipped. We liked it so much we are staying again after our trip to Cambodia’s islands!
