Your staff were exceptional - both the two we encountered at checkin and the two concierges. The room was very nice and we appreciated the mugs. The room was lovey and clean. We thought the lighting could do with improvement, it was harsh and low. Thank you.

I am very light sensitive and the cool LEDs in the room made the stay unpleasant. That type of lighting is a very weird choice. The hallway lights are better!

Very convenient located establishment, very capable staff! The premium king suite was a bit cramped- one side of the king bed was a very steep slope - hvac system is bothersome. The restaurant should invest in an upgrade in their coffee system rather than the Kerig. Had to go down the street for a decaf.

Parking was a major issue. I wasnt tlld where parking was prior to coming. Ended up having to pay 35 dollars just to be able to stay until check out time. After having to wake up at 5:30 to go and try to move the company van to a paking lot that wouldnt cost me 25.00 for any parkinglot. (To not avail as they all didnt have enough clearance) and than on top of that not hot water. Closest convenience store with beer was a 10 min walk away too. Hard pass. more than 2 hrs

I was going to give this two stars, but while the room wasn't terrible, it was not what I expected based on the description. It was just Ok. I wouldn't stay here again compared to the other opportunities within the vicinity unless there were no other vacancies. I've had lesser rooms at competitors that were nicer at a lower price point. Staff was friendly enough.

Pros- Room was good and clean. Good location. Cons- Had a lot of issues during checkout. I had bought few breakfast vouchers and was charged double the amount for them. Someone else's food bill was added to my account. After receiving the final invoice, my credit card was charged more that the invoice amount. I've been on calls with atleast 2 people from the hotel and no one has been able to resolve my issue
