Great place to stay. Have stayed here several times. Very clean, beautiful rooms, extremely helpful staff and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Hotel is typical of the old Montreal area with interesting decor and a great vibe . Our room on 5th floor was spacious , comfortable with lovely brick walls and great view over the river. Only drawback are a few steep stairs into the property which make handling luggage difficult. Help is available inside but perhaps a bell on the outside to call for assistance would help rather than leaving luggage unattended to seek assistance. Otherwise all was very good.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Small flies throughout the property were a problem in the room and the lobby. There is one elevator, which can lead to really long wait times. We were able to take the stairs as an alternate.
