Very central

The room was fine, a bit dark (there was no light near the coffee bar eg. or at least if there was I couldn't get it to work, a lot of light switches didn't seem connected to anything). Coffee bar only had a tiny espresso option, no coffee. Awkward to get into/out of the tiny bathroom around the door. Staff were friendly but seemed very confused when I requested laundry service and eventually told me they didn't have one, then it turned out that they did; not sure why no one just said that. I paid a *huge* upcharge (50%) for rushed laundry by the next morning and it still didn't arrive by that time; I had to follow up with staff manually rather than someone letting me know there would be a delay and there was no discount against the large rush fee. Biggest issue was hard limits on room service - in normal circumstances it offered no early breakfast option since it only started at 11:30am, but during my stay they did not offer room service at all because the attached restaurant did not want to provide it that day. All around just not a super comfortable experience, felt overcharged for no food or in-room coffee in a dark suite. I was expecting an upscale experience but it was pretty mediocre.

Very nice staff and beautiful room! They already had our crib set up for our baby. The gym was excellent too

The housekeeping was terrible. Two night stay. Took away our used towels but did not replace them. Had to phone to ask for towels and facecloths so we could shower in the morning. Left the sofa bed out instead of folding it back into a couch. Had to do it myself when I got back to my room so I could use the couch!! We used the one extra roll of toilet paper but they did not leave a new one the next day. Had to call to get more toilet paper brought up. I used the hairdryer but wasn’t sure how to wrap the cord as fancy as I had found it so I just left it on the counter. Housekeeping just left it on the counter exactly as I had left it. So they did not even wipe down the bathroom counter. We used the little tube of complimentary lotion but they did not replace it. The hotel signage on the street is ridiculously small and tucked along the inside wall so that it doesn’t even face the street. Barely visible from the street unless you know exactly where to look. Parking was confusing and zero signage. Front desk staff was not warm nor friendly. I’ll definitely not be going back.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

A classy, well located hotel, with nicely renovated rooms and great amenities.

The Auberge hotel from the moment I opened the door to my room was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious clean and large with amazing views that were expansive I was very impressed I was on the 9th floor of the building and they have access complementary to the health club which includes a fitness center and a beautiful class enclosed pool on and hot tub on the 4th floor. I was very impressed. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place as a stay. Also the amenities in the bathroom were so wonderful smell and luxury quality

First time staying to attend an event at Terminal City Club and the staff, the room was amazing. Would definitely stay there again

What amazing stayed ! Travel first time to Vancouver with my 2 boys and I’m so glad I stayed at auberge ! Staff are very attentive and friendly, room are spacious and have all you need for a smooth stayed . The amenities was the highlight of our stayed after long days of walking hot tub, pool sauna and steam room ate a must try ! Thank you everyone will be back soon !

Great location and service

Bathroom had black mold growing in and around the shower. Rooms were cold and felt very uncomfortable with the hard floors and faux leather couches. Had a hard time finding parking and the hotel itself as a first comer!

Loved the room, great views, could see city and water.

A comfortable stay. The health centre and pool are undersold, it is an excellent facility and a real benefit. The staff helpful, but... the elevator pings ring all night so try to get a room away from those, and I stayed for business at the start of the holiday party season downstairs so I had a very broken night's sleep due to the elevators pinging and the party guests being loud until 4am. Not really the hotels faults but they obviously do a company party and stay package so beware.

The location is conveinent everywhere.

View, friendliness, and clean

Excellent location and stunning view from king 1-bedroom. Builing is a tad tired, but rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Fabulous location and easy to access shopping, restaurants, and conference areas. Very easy to get to from Hullo ferry or seaplane. Close transportation routes to North Van and airport. Great place and location!
