Had a wonderful stay.

The suite on the 12 th floor was clean and functional. However we experienced a steady squeaky noise all night which kept is from getting much rest. We mentioned it to the staff in the morning who was very apologetic and promised to look into it.

This is a mixed hotel residence with a PRIME location in the financial area and blocks from waterfront and convention center. Very tight and secure. Nice clean quiet rooms. Many food options within 1 block.

So very central for catching our cruise. On our second visit, we were upgraded to a harbour view suite which was stunning

Location, location, location but the hotel lobby needs to be updated, the entrance needs to be sanitized. The room was very nice as far as the size and view. But again the furniture needs to be refurbished or replaced. It was only one elevator in operation for the entire hotel. The garage was adequate but $58 self parking was a bit much to not security or be secured. Also to access the Lion Pub if you exit the hotel and walked outside around the corner unless you’re a member of the Terminal Club, which is opened directly adjacent to the front desk. The thing that frustrated me was we did not have access through the club. The staff was very professional especially Peter the manager. 7 out of 10

The staff was great. They answered all our questions and had great suggestions for food. It was our first time in Vancouver. It was convenient to the ships port and lots of restaurants. The room was roomy and it had a great view.

The place was very convenient to the cruise port and there were plenty of places to eat around the area. The room was large and had a dry bar with a fridge and the rooms bed was very nice

The staff was very helpful and letting us know the hotspots to hit for a restaurants and attractions. They are also kind enough to upgrade our room to a beautiful what appeared like a penthouse or a small apartment. Loved it.

This is a nice hotel (4stars) but it does not reach the qualifications of a 5 or even 4.5 star hotel. One elevator to serve both mid-floor level offices, hotel guests, and a gym club is not good. Guests must often wait approximately 10 minutes to catch an elevator. Daily maid service was okay but bathroom cleanliness and bed making were only average. Overall, this is a decent hotel put in the midst of commercial offices and their daytime workers. Because of all these drawbacks, the Auberge should be a third cheaper than nearby downtown hotels - but it’s not.

This hotel is really well situated, 2 blocks from Waterfront and very close to Waterfront station for the sky train to and from the airport. It is not a conventional hotel, more like apartments, with separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette, but cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The reception staff seem to have limited involvement with guests, more administrative than usual in a hotel but it works fine. Great location and lovely rooms/apartments.

The hotel is right in downtown so it’s close to everything.The staff are very friendly & helpful.The rooms are of a nice size & the decor is lovely.Loved having a walk in shower instead of one in a bathtub.The hotel is very clean & would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay. We booked a room for after our cruise. The wonderful staff remembered us from our previous stay and let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait around with our luggage. Hotel is modern and clean. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We love the transfer of our luggage directly from the hotel to the boat!

Overall, it is a fine hotel. We booked the Harbor view suite after seeing the beautiful photos that is shown on their website. When we checked in, we got a harbor view suite but the layout was totally different. When asked why the layout was different than what is shown on the website, we were told ours had the better layout. To be honest, I don't think that's true or why would the hotel not illustrate the better one on their website instead. Little bit disappointed as I booked this particular suite based on what I saw on the website as I think it does have a better layout and viewing angle of the harbor than what we were assigned. However, the suite is fine itself so can't really complain. Hotel location is great and close to the cruise terminal. We stayed here for serveral nights prior to our cruise and very convenient to walk around or use the city transit system to visit different places.
