We spent 4 days here and really enjoyed it. My sister and I had a massage which was really lovely. A bit pricey, but its Banff. We tried the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of fruits, breads and sausage, bacon etc. The eggs benny were very dry and overcooked. You could order eggs any way you liked from the waiter. We sat in the lounge to waych the Blue Jays play. Everywhere we went the staff were exceptionally friendly and fun. Our last night there we ate dinner in The Keg dining room. The food was wonderful and came out in a timely matter. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Next time, I would get a room with a balcony.

Great place for a family trip. Love everything there the cozy room, bright balcony, beautiful lobby and the restaurant attached to it is very good too
