Good staff

Excellent service

I really liked that the hotel was in such a convenient and accessible location. I barely had to book an Uber to get anywhere, which made getting around so easy. The service at the front desk was also excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the housekeeping. Based on the cleaning we received on the second day of our stay, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

The staff was very nice. There were few amenities. There was a coffee machine in the room, but I went to the lobby to get coffee because my companion was still sleeping. There was a machine which I used, but when my roommate tried to use it it didn’t work. They wanted us to use the restaurant. It should be available at all times.

Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was pretty dated and rattled through the night making sleep difficult. No complaints otherwise though!

Good and clean but keep in mind there is a club downstairs you won't be able to sleep at night.

No included Brkfst at Crown Plaza but an excellent restaurant attached Room clean & well equipped with plugins, coffee maker, AirCon, TV, Safe,

The only drawback for this hotel is the parking due to its location in the downtown.

We stayed in a king suite fr 6 nights..requested a 15-20 min late checkout, which was denied and were asked fr a 10 min checkout no later than 10 min past 12:00 PM. I travel alot and its very common to checkin early or checkout late. 15 -20 mins is no big deal.. but the staff never bothered about it..

Nice hotel! Everything as expected

The room was great and beds were comfy. The complimentary espresso machine didn’t work which was a bummer but it was a great location to walk to everything and the rooms were very clean! We would highly recommend it!

The only draw back is that it is valet parking. Street parking is difficult. You need to make sure to give yourself at least fifteen minutes to get your car retreived. Other than that, location is good and excellent customer service. I received daily text from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. Thought that was a "plus" - they did it with a smile.

Very good

This was my first time staying here and was impressed. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very walkable. Being downtown there is traffic noise, so light sleepers might not sleep well, but they also left ear plugs by the bed. The valet service for parking was very smooth and never had to wait long for the car!

Supreme front desk customer service

We enjoyed our stay, and we were really happy to arrive and hear that our room had been upgraded for the one night we were booked to be there! The staff was helpful and responsive to help out right away when I thought we needed extra bedding…but it was already in the room:) It was a great location for downtown walking distance to the waterfront and to Chinatown. Lots of nearby shops for groceries etc. There is a parking garage close by that was only a few minutes walk and very reasonably priced too for our vehicle overnight. Enjoyed our stay:)

I'm not sure how this hotel earned a 4-star rating. By U.S. standards, I would consider it closer to a 3-star property. We stayed here while attending a wedding. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We booked through Expedia, and it seemed we were assigned one of the most basic, dated rooms in the hotel. The room itself was clean, and the staff were consistently polite and friendly. Valet service was also prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the room showed its age. The towels were old and stiff, and the bed sheets were so rough that I woke up with friction marks on my legs. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. Since we had arrived late and were exhausted from travelling, we chose not to switch rooms. The front desk did offer us another room, but when we went to look at it, had a noticeable smoke odor, We were glad we decided to stay in our original room. although it would have been helpful if they mentioned this to us, Overall, the service was good, but the rooms are overdue for renovation. The hotel has potential, but the accommodations did not meet my expectations for a 4-star property.

It’s small hotel with public parking overnight!

The hotel is close to all the scenic sites in downtown Victioria. They should make the elevator bigger and faster.

Pleasantly surprised. Great room. Wish we could have stayed longer.
