Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Easy to communicate with staff when we needed to get our car from the valet parking. Valet parking is worth every penny and hassle free. Room was spacious and staff asked daily is we wanted anything cleaned.

The stay was disappointing. The room was not well equipped and was missing some basic amenities I expected. The elevator had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay, and the street noise was very loud, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I don’t think the hotel offered good value for the price.

I really liked that the hotel was in such a convenient and accessible location. I barely had to book an Uber to get anywhere, which made getting around so easy. The service at the front desk was also excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful.
The only downside for me was the housekeeping. Based on the cleaning we received on the second day of our stay, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

The staff was very nice. There were few amenities. There was a coffee machine in the room, but I went to the lobby to get coffee because my companion was still sleeping. There was a machine which I used, but when my roommate tried to use it it didn’t work. They wanted us to use the restaurant. It should be available at all times.

We stayed in a king suite fr 6 nights..requested a 15-20 min late checkout, which was denied and were asked fr a 10 min checkout no later than 10 min past 12:00 PM. I travel alot and its very common to checkin early or checkout late. 15 -20 mins is no big deal.. but the staff never bothered about it..

The room was great and beds were comfy. The complimentary espresso machine didn’t work which was a bummer but it was a great location to walk to everything and the rooms were very clean! We would highly recommend it!

The only draw back is that it is valet parking. Street parking is difficult. You need to make sure to give yourself at least fifteen minutes to get your car retreived. Other than that, location is good and excellent customer service. I received daily text from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. Thought that was a "plus" - they did it with a smile.
