As a silver member, im supposed to get free breakfast. The hotel says they can't give it to me. I bring this up to hotels.com customer service and they said when booking i should have picked add breakfast to the hotel booking. But it said it was $19, how is that free?

Nice room. Well appointed. It could use a microwave, but I understand the reason why that may not be available with food smells and all. The location was good, but the block it was only needs some TLC and the lot next door needs to be developed. We enjoyed our stay.

This will be our go to hotel going forward when we visit Montreal. Extremely handy to the Saint Laurent Metro, and a hop, skipping a jump right to Chinatown. Definitely recommended for those that are veterans to Montreal. There’s plenty of places to eat quite handy and all the ones we went to were fantastic. For newbies or people not used to populated city life: The area the hotel is in might be a little bit of a culture shock. It can be a little bit daunting, I never felt unsafe, however, those not experienced might not feel the same way.
