Clean room Air conditioned

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

The stay was excellent and the staff was amazing! The receptionist were very accommodating and very polite! Will definitely stay there if im in the area again! Also shoutout the barista at the coffee stand in the breakfast area!

There wasn't any hot water. Water temperature only got to lukewarm at the hottest setting. Basic, no frills hotel.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast when included is prepared by the restaurant next to the hotel, and it is ok.

Great stay

The staff were very nice, room was clean and comfortable bed! GREAT location especially if you’re in town for a concert at Mtelus. Valet parking for $30 (per night), was safe, fast and easy. The bathroom door didn’t lock and there wasn’t a fan. Only downside, but we were here for one night so it didn’t bother us and was likely just a fluke in our room.

It was an ok room, quiet, comfy bed. But sewer smell in the washroom and broken towel bar. For the price and location it was good.

This Best Western is up to par with other Best Westerns. However, this sector of Montreal is not safe and is full of bums and drugs. It also has very loud heavy metal concerts outside. We didn't see any children, and for a reason.

Rien d interessant, hotel miteux avec un proprietaire sans respect pour ces employes et ses clients. N'encouragez pas cet hotel, allez ailleurs !!!

Room was clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Located near artists square and Place des Arts.

No breakfast. Restaurant was either closed or under renovation. Location is good. Some of the surrounding area did not safe. Good value.

The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent, conveniently close to major tourist attractions with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city.

The front desk staff was very helpful giving us directions to various attractions and looking after our luggage on the day of our departure

AC was not efficient. It did add some air circulation but the room was stuffy. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location,close to restaurants and shopping and the port.
