Breakfast was excellent. They even had hot chocolate( not a coffee drinker). If the staff could have stopped the massive rain outside that would have been perfect. !!

Room was clean, though the setup of having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom was a bit inconvenient with family and kids. We would have preferred to have the skin and mirror inside the bathroom. Hotel was nice, pool and hot tub were good! Location is great

An alarm went off in the hallway at 2:30am. It was on for about half an hour before staff were able to shut it off. The toilet seat slid around. Breakfast was poor even by hotel standards. Paper thin bacon.

Enjoyed the breakfasts, the games room, and the amount of desk space. Staff were always available to answer questions and help out. Room cleaning was done every other day. I found the sheets a bit thin, and the AC was loud for anyone who struggles to sleep with that kind of noise.

Overall alright. It’s an older hotel that has been painted. The rooms smelled heavily of febreeze or another air freshener-even the blankets reeked! We had to keep our window open the whole time we were there. The air conditioner was very dusty and dirty. It was hard to find out what was available for gluten free. Nothing was offered when I inquired. When I asked the front desk staff, I was told there should be something for me and eventually got some gluten free toast.
