The room was nice, if a little dated. The headboard fell off the wall when I went to plug in my phone lol. But the staff is very hospitable, the food in the lounge is very good and reasonably priced, the parking is very good for downtown Edmonton, and walking distance to Rogers place. I'd stay here again.

Staff were really efficient and I really appreciated the parking extension so I could keep my car there until the end of my work day. Everything was older, but it was clean and in good repair.

Staff was friendly. Older hotel, room was small but clean. Main sliding doors not working and 1 small door for all guests to enter and exit from. Parking elevator is very cold! No hotel information in room and had to contact front desk to ask where ice and vending machines were.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room itself was comfortable and warm through a cold night. The view of the city was amazing. Super close to a lot of different amenities downtown. The one thing I would point out is simply just that the room was a little dated. Nothing wrong with that, but I think a newer television in the room would’ve been great and some newer furniture. Overall, a great stay.

Very courteous staff, Room was in need of some repairs, Door to the room had large visible wood breakage and chipping marks from an apparent need to force the door open, Bathroom faucets were cracked around the base. Desk outlet was faulty, I wasnt expecting the height of luxury. In short, Great location, Great views, Friendly staff, Rooms in need of repairs.
