Room is dated. No fridge in room. Haven’t stayed in a hotel before that didn’t have one. Room is as clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was not available at check in but staff was courteous and found one for me. Housekeeping is only every three days at this hotel so be prepared for that.

The bed was made very poorly with very bad quality sheets and no duvet the sheets would come off every 2 seconds, tried to call down to get a duvet but the phones put you on hold for a very long time and then go to a disconnected dial tone, I had to go down to front desk for a duvet. I booked a "river-valley view room" which was really an "apartment complex view" where I could see directly into people's homes and they could see directly into my room (very creepy) and had to keep the blinds closed 100% of the time. The bathrooms are very dated and dingy including the towels being tiny and noticeably very old. Room temp said it was set at 18, which would normally be a comfortable temp for me but it was very hot and definitely not 18. The lobby is very beautiful but the rooms are very overpriced for the quality and dated feeling, will not book here again.

Staff were great but the hotel itself was run down. With a renovation this could be a great hotel.

Good location, older updated hotel that is well kept and clean.

The door handle was broken. The beds are pretty confortable but common areas could of been cleaner.

Hotel is definitely showing its age and then some, that said you can clearly see it is run old school, the rooms were clean but dated. The elevators worked well and fast, breakfast was OK, the staff very friendly all throughout. Good value for the hotel rates, did not try the rotating restaurant as it was closed Monday Tuesday understandably. One downside is no water in the rooms, the vending machine in the gym was out of stock, hard to find anything to drink.

Friendly staff and good service with easy check-in and check out. It is an older hotel that is not updated , but it is clean. Our phone did not work so we had to phone the hotel to speak to the front desk. They also do not clean your room or change towels if you are staying for more than one evening if you do not request so.

Bathrooms need a renovation

Need places to charge phones such as lamps with charged plugs- had to pull the mattress back to find a plug in. Bedding is weird- no quilt, a shirt blanket and a thin top sheet that was useless and fell off in night. No mini fridge.

Clean room.Check in was slow.

Very nice stay.

Always a great stay. Walking distance to Rogers and many great restaurants .
