Everything was great, added water to the pool and hot tub so was a bit disappointing as it was cold. Montanas being in the hotel is always a treat

Older hotel that has been uodated. Comfortable rooms. Great amenities on site. Restaurant, pool ect.

No shuttle

Was not able to get hunter's discount that we were told, did not do wake up call I was promised for early flight, there wasnt a luggage cart availale and I was carrying a lit of weight and large bags. I also had a hockey team playing hockey in the hallway outside my room when trying to sleep having to get up at 230 AM. I had to call and have someone come stop them.Room was very, clean as well as main lobby.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and a great place to leave your vehicle when you go on vacation.

Room was not well kept, beds were so uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Pool wasn't warm and the water slide kept leaking.

The room itself was clean and in good condition, but overall, my stay wasn’t very comfortable. Don’t expect a warm welcome or much assistance when you arrive. It’s not the staff’s fault, they were polite but clearly overworked. It seems more like a management issue. There were no bellboys or anyone to help with luggage during check-in. Aside from the front desk, there was practically no staff presence. It’s unfair to expect the front desk to handle everything. As for the room, it was quiet enough for me, but if you’re sensitive to noise, be aware that hallway sounds/second floor can be heard. There were also some basic amenities missing.. No complimentary water bottles, and the vending machines only accepted coins or $5 bills (no cards). The ATM was out of order too. No toothpaste or toiletries were provided either. You can ask for a glass of water in Montanas, but they don't sell water bottles either.. Oh, and the vending machine was in the lobby. Lol. While the room smelled clean and fresh, it’s obvious the hotel is understaffed and needs some updates, especially for a property near the airport. I was able to rest, but for the same price, other nearby hotels offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

The room was very noisy at night. The AC fan was very loud and the bar fridge made a lot of noise. Didn’t sleep at all. Would not stay there again.

Nice location

This hotel was lovely, clean and a very convenient location to the Park 2 Go, where I was parking my vehicle the next morning. I would definitely stay here again if I had an early morning flight.
