Bathroom was gross. There was poop all over the toilet when i got there. On the lid, seat, bottom of seat, and in the bowl. Didnt notice until i got off of the toilet which resulted in my hair resting on it.

Front desk couldn’t exchange debit for cash for the vending machines which was inconvenient. Didn’t have a convenience suite right in there. Very loud place especially main floor. But beautiful big hotel!

Arrived later made them aware would be late arrived 2 am and noticed on my credit card they charged me again for a room saying because they said it will be returned. I’ve been staying here on and off since 2007 that’s the only part I was not impressed with . Love this hotel
