Friendly environment, looks family owned and operated, I go here often when visiting Midlsnd for business. Simple fair priced hotel/motel. I travel with a dog and find the walk out ground floor convenient. Nice grassed area bordering a wooded forest area. Summertime picknic shelters. Conveniently located to all amenities.

We arrived after a long day.
The manager made us most welcome.
Once settled in I asked about nearby restaurants
He gave us good information and recommendations which by this stage we were happy to follow
The room was spotless.
Another manager helped us the following morning with some more local information .
We were pressed with their customer service
Parking was easy and i parked the car just below our first floor window for greater security.
There was an ample breakfast provided on a self service basis including hot food.
We were all round impressed and would be happy to return.

The bed was the best feature for me. Very comfortable. The room was clean and the supplies were plenty. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, all pluses. The service was great too with friendly and accommodating staff. Most of all, breakfast was included!

The room was very nice but not well lit. The table lamp quit working and other than the patio door there was no other light at that end of the room. We would go back again in the future.

This hotel is pretty dated in the rooms. Starting to really show its age. My wife and i stayed here a night on a snowmobiling trip. Parking lot is not ideal for trucks and trailers. Very tight. Access to the trail is a bit of road running. They will charge you extras for every little thing. Including a dog (even though they state pet friendly) When we stayed during the week the place was virtually empty . We asked to check out a few hours later so we could snowmobile in the morning before we left. Also an extra charge. The better option if your heading to Midland on a snowmobile trip would be the Midland Inns and Suites. It's right on the trail, newer and a larger truck / trailer friendly parking lot. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke at this Comfort Inn. I probably wouldnt return to thus location. In a pinch I guess it'd work but there are defintely better options close by.

Asked for a spot to park my truck and snowmobile trailer, parked in the spot and someone blocked me in, had to unhook trailer to get out, no other spots to park, had. To leave at 1230 at night and drive home
