Rooms were grungy.

Staff, parking clean room

Hotel was in a decent location - close to shopping and local sights. Our room was not great when we checked in - bed spreads were dirty. They moved us to a new room, which delayed our check in a little. Once in new room, it was clean, thankfully husband noticed that we had way less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper and went to get more at front desk, because with 3 people someone would have been stuck without paper (probably in middle of the night) Breakfast was ok - nothing special, eggs were old tasting (not fresh), waffles were dry, coffee waaaaaay too weak (we've stayed at Comfort Inn's in the past and I always remember a better breakfast) There was some construction going on next door, which made for noisy mornings but that's of no fault of hotel. Staff was great - friendly, and helpful in rectifying problems that arose.

The wall in our room had big chips and not painted lots of dirt marks on the wall the biggest problem was the toilets they are really low and not good for seniors or any disability the breakfast was well done more than we were expecting they keep using the same door key holder it was discussting

The room needed to be cleaned better. Dirt on the rug, bath tub could be cleaned better. Toilet needed more cleaning.

Second day asked for clean towels ,they did give them to us and said this isn’t a five star hotel. So no maid service and you are to reuse your towel’s.

The staff, during our stay, were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, boiled eggs bread, yogurt etc. Everything was always being topped up. The tub enclosure in our rooms bathroom was kind of old and worn but good enough for a quick shower. Hotel was close to a lot of amenities.

Missing a plug in the bathroom but otherwise a great 2 night stay.

1) Hotel needs lots of renovations. 2) Old AC unit and very loud. 3) There is a light in the mirror inside the room so it is useless. 4) All rooms doors won't close by itself and keep alarming all the time.

It was an okay stay, partially renovated, nice breakfast and convenient location. Did not like the construction behind the hotel, bulldozer sound start at 6:30am. Overall, good bang for the buck.

Sliding doors not easy to use worn out . A/C was very loud. Toilet leaking around base. Building showing it's age. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Beds were comfortable. Pet costs $25/night. Would suggest including this in booking. Clean room and bathroom and love being able to get to the parking lot directly from the room. Made it much easier for someone who couldn’t walk long distances. Stayed in an “accessible” room but shower did not have a grab bar. Strongly suggest including this for guest safety as well as supply shower gel since no ledge to rest the soap. Coffee was quite good. Love the concept of the waffles but taste/texture wasn’t the best! Appreciate the variety of yogurts available, oatmeal, bread/bagels.

Way over priced for a Okay hotel

Room was fine, bathroom was dirty the toilet had marks in it from guests before us… disappointing

Breakfast was fine

Hotel and room are in rough shape. Need TLC. Staff is great. We couldn’t get our tv to work and front staff came to fix it. They have us some snacks for the trouble. The morning breakfast was almost shut down when we went coffee machine and juice machines had to be put on as they were shut off. Barely any food left Parking was okay as we had a ground floor room so parked in front of our room It was our second time at that hotel not saying I won’t be back but might try another one in that area.

The breakfast was nice. I just smelled funny in the room lol maybe just was an old mop.

First floor accessibility to car park is pretty convenient. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Could have had one or two more savoury options for vegetarians. Rooms were alright but the bedding wasn't very comfortable. Air conditioning was good and housekeeping staff were diligent in their work. A good spot at reasonable price if you just want a place to crash and have some breakfast before you head out to spend most of your day outdoors.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, with lots to choose from. Air conditioning was working very hard but not producing a lot of cold air. Noticed some areas where maybe water damage had happened that needed to be fixed.
