Perfect for a business trip. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and homey.
The rooms are clean and spacious, equiped with small fridge and coffee maker, and the staff gives excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay. Had breakfast at hotel one morning and used pool and hot tub as well. Everything worked as it should and all staff were nice and friendly.

It was nice enough. Nothing too fancy. I didn't really feel "wowed". The rooms were nice enough. The bathrooms weren't so nice, the towels are small and suckish. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, but again not really so good. Only one place to eat at the hotel in the lobby and the food wasn't so great and extremely pricey. The staff was friendly, hepful and welcoming- no complaints in regard to the staff. Free parking is nice as well. The hotel is good enough to stay in, but you won't be getting anything too extravent or fancy-- it's bare minimum.

Room and property is very clean. I asked and was given a quiet room which is nice. Only issue is that there is no hot water available or a kettle to boil. I've to request it from onsite restaurant every single time. Very inconvenient especially in mornings.

I travel a lot for work so I have a good idea what’s out there for accommodations. I’ve stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott several times and I’ve always been very happy with my stay. The rooms are always very clean, it’s easy to adjust the temperature and they’re decorated with a warm, updated classy feel. The staff have always been very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are very quiet which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pool was open until midnight, allowed us to enjoy west Edmonton mall and still soak in the hot tub after walking many many steps.

So many kids out of control no staff dealt with them absolutely a hellish experience im still mad about it not the marriot standard I'm used too wheres the accountability on the front desk hot tub full of kids going crazy screwing around in the elevator just beyond brutal
