The room was okay, the bed was amaizing.

Maximilian was friendly and a good listener. Upgraded up to a higher floor as I told him I am a Platinum member in a very polite way. The room is clean and crisp. That’s the reason we returned for the same hotel. The hardware and the saftware.

The room is acceptably clean, given the alternate day housekeeping and the snow. The reception staff, as in other Marriott properties are courteous and efficient. I found out 2 things which I think have room for improvement. The coffee pots in the lobby before seemed in service all day, but now only a few hours before 11 in the morning. Second thing is about the Bonvoy loyalty program. For convenience I usually book my hotel together with flights. I was surprised to find that my previous stays at Courtyard had not been recorded, let alone recognized. Recognition in my opinion is reciprocated for loyalty. That's how I get recognized by airlines and other hotel chains for repeat business. The reason for the absence of record given by the front desk agent was that I booked the hotel through a booking site. It should be noted that I usually specified the hotel, unless there were other reasons not to.

Great hotel.

No room service, no alcool permit, no SAQ within walking distance, ridiculous Base and ultra loud music from restaurants in the vicinity that made it impossible to sleep up until passed midnight. Just ridiculous. Never again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having so many restaurants right below the hotel was incredibly convenient. The free indoor parking was also a great bonus. The only downside is the lighting setup: the room has daisy-chained lights, so if the master switch is off, you can’t turn on just the bathroom light. This made nighttime bathroom trips difficult as I had to use my phone flashlight to avoid waking my husband.

Perfect stay, recent hotel with all the commodities. Beautiful bedroom. Free underground parking.

There were parties on the second floor, and I could hear and feel the subwoofer up on the sixth floor late into the night.

Hard to get hot water. Should get more "fancy" appliancesn heated towel warmer, sone gown, water at disposition.

Amazing stay, very clean, and very helpful staff!

Great location. Wonderful Staff. The ladies at the counter were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. The rooms were ok.
