Great spot near R train and restaurants .Will come back again!

Tres bel hotel Pres de beaucoup de super restos Pres du Rem et tres pratique pour se rendre au centre-ville… Le seul petit hic .. avoir le dejeuner dans lhotel .. Nous avons adore notre sejour vraiment

The parking was included and that was a good thing for the price. The hotel is located steps away from the train and that was very convenient. Traveling to downtown Montreal was easy, cheaper and faster also entertaining. We didn’t like the lightning in the room: it has a master switch that turns everything on or off, so the receptacle on the night tables besides the bed didn’t work once you turned the master switch, also you can’t use the washroom at midnight without having to turn all the lights on. The washroom was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed but the ceiling fan wasn’t working and the body wash soap was jammed. The reception had a little market if you want to buy something for a midnight snack,

Room was clean, the area was really nice and the staff was so helpful upon checking in, letting us know all that was around us and about some upcoming events they thought we might enjoy. Parking was free which was a huge benefit. Would definitely stay again!

The air conditioning wasn't working, no one would answer the phone at the front desk. After one hour of calling a female worker answered and offered no explanation other than saying no one was there to help. Technician will be here after 9am. She sounded obviously frustrated however instead of being apologetic she seemed more dismissive. The next morning the technician came way after 9am, said he wasn't sure why it wasn't working but it should be working today. This continued for the 3 night stay. They sent me 3 squares of mini chocolate and a pill bottle of chocolate covered nuts. This was the most insulting gesture they could've possibly made. It was actually comical, it left myself and my family stunned. I expected better from Marriott even if we were in a different country than the US. It's why we choose the Marriott brand over others, for the service! July in Montreal with no a/c. I would not have been moved to a different room until the next morning which meant more inconvenience to my family. I'm not sure if the property turns off the a/c at some point in the day but being upfront with customers would have been the right thing to do. The room didn't have enough towels or toiletries either, those were requested around 7pm and weren't delivered until the next morning after calling again. I don't know if this is the normal behavior for this property and staff but it was very disappointing. Lobby is great, parking was easy but the customer service and room were lacking.

Très belle hôtel

The check-in was incredibly fast, the rooms AC were set to a cold-ish temperature and the room mini fridge missed the water bottles we usually find in hotels. Beside that, the whole building was really beautiful and clean. Getting to the room was really easy too. For the parking, there wasn’t much explanation but luckily, I found a parking spot right in front of the building.

Very nice hotel! Location was perfect for getting around because the metro is maybe a three minute walk! Also, so many good food choices to choose from right below the hotel!

Nice rooms but crap air conditioning

There was no kettle in the room as and no body cream

Equipe da recepção mediana, atenderam bem porém sempre com pressa. Localização excelente! Hotel novo, bom estacionamento, estrutura excelente.

The location was fantastic with many restaurants walking distance and the shopping was even more better. I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott to everyone going at the Dix/30 District.
