My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. Was nice and quiet. Place is getting renovated during the day but it doesn’t affect the rooms. A/c worked good. Was able to enjoy outings and come back to a good rest. Thank you.

Property is in a good location close to all amenities. Has a good breakfast. We like the fact that the building was under renovations and it was looking really good. The gravel parking lot needed maintenance.

The building is not new. Despite that, the facilities were well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed, toiletries were new Dove products with mild scents. I was happy as strong scented soaps and shampoos do not appeal to me.

The hotel was going through some renovations so things were a little bit messy which we could overlook. Our room did not lock and when we asked about it there was nobody to deal with it until morning which we also accepted. However nobody ever came in the two days that we were there to deal with it. We asked about changing rooms but they said that they could fix it the next day. Went for breakfast the first morning and most of the things were empty we didn't have time to wait for refills. The next day for breakfast they were also things empty no Forks to eat your food with and when we asked the girl for help she seemed very annoyed to have to go grab some forks and threw them in the bin. Food was still not refilled and we just carried on. Our room cleanliness was not great we had to ask for clean sheets and we had to scrub our own bathtub. We stayed here previously 2 years ago and we were quite happy with our stay at that time but after this visit we are not likely to return.

This hotel is currently being renovated. According to the desk clerk, it is in preparation for changing to a Best Western. Pictures are removed and piled in the area for the ice machine. Patching is all over the walls. We stayed on the second floor. There is a terrible smell in the hallway. Luckily it does not go into the room. As it was there in the afternoon and next morning, I don't think that it is because of someone cooking in their room. The bed was fine. Lighting was extremely dim. We weren't able to get TV until the desk clerk came to the room and set it up. With their set up, every time a guest checks out, the connection to the wifi for the TV is terminated. She told me the instructions should be in a drawer in the room (why would I check a drawer for instructions on the TV?!?) but later said she does have to go to most rooms to sign into a different wifi than the room, one that is meant just for Telus tv. Anyway, what a pain for guests and the hotel. Breakfast was odd. Bacon, sausage, cold hash browns. But no eggs. Perhaps consider this hotel when renovations are complete and the name change has occurred but, right now, I would chose a different hotel.

Our stay was fine. Our room was clean and partially renovated. Lots of renovations going on throughout the hotel. We got a 5:00 am wake up call that we didn’t request, left over from a previous guest. Beds were not the most comfortable. The mattresses need replacing. Breakfast in the morning was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was just fine for one night.

Breakfast is simple but it's ok. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations，so there‘s a little bad smell but I believe it will have a new look in the future. The staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is very convenient.

Room was clean but a bad smell was in the bathroom area. Didn’t get the room we booked. We had a king suite with view booked and got a regular two queen bed room. Only 1 regular coffee pod and accessories.

Furniture looked like it was from garage sales and chewed up and old. Coffee stain or something and a hole in the sheets. Very echoed due to hard floors. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good. But was unsure if the sheets were even clean or not. Probably not likely to stay again.

Heidi was so great! We really appreciated how helpful and kind she was. Very accommodating and understanding of our needs. She seemed to be wearing a lot of hats in her role so very impressed by her multitasking abilities. We weren’t aware of the reno’s underway, which proved no noise, just caught us by surprise as the caulking looked a bit like a crime scene lol. Room was clean, except for the one knife. Overall would stay again while passing through Chetwynd.

Price was decent. Older and a bit worn down but renovations were happening so hopefully that will change soon. Loud all through the night with people in hallway. Breakfast was adequate but unimpressive. Told an employee about drug paraphernalia in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up. Basically if you need a relatively clean, affordable place to sleep with a free breakfast to fill your stomach then this will do. We would consider staying here again if travelling through Chetwynd again.
