Staff was very good. Check in was very fast. Room was clean. Hotel was very kid friendly. Went to the restaurant and prices were very reasonable and food was very good. Pool area was clean with lots of towels which they kept replenishing.

I think people shouldn't be penalized for not having a credit card. Debit works just as well for people who don't want to go into debt with a credit card or unable to get one. Putting out 500.00 in cash was beyond ridiculous! Everything else was excellent.
