Wonderful stay at Deerfoot Inn and Casino for my birthday. They went above and beyond to make it special.

Hotel was clean,staff was very knowledgable and friendly. Hotel had great amenities for all ages

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order and the hotel was quite busy so it was difficult to get the only other elevator in use. We were on the 7th floor but thankfully using the stairs wasnt an issue for us.

The room was spotless, the staff so courteous and the Lobby itself so welcoming with the fireplace and cozy chairs.

I asked for my receipt at checkout and the gentlemen at your front desk wouldn’t give it to me as he said I booked through hotel.com and he could t (I have stayed here numerous times through the hotels.com app and got my receipt everytime upon checkout until this time). Don’t have time to argue with people at checkout at 6am for my receipt.

Room was very clean. Reservation desk staff were great. Got us in at 3 instead of 4 when we arrived early

Very clean, staff friendly at front desk

Our room had no heat and they never offered us another room or extra blankets. Just a space heater that barely gave off any heat.

Nice team, clean room

Room was excellent staff were great. Noise level unacceptable. There was running up and down the hallways til late and loud noise from above til 2 am and repeated at 6. This hotel should make provisions for guests who have no children and should not have to tolerate this activity

Staff was wonderful. Rooms clean. Disappointing that the restaurant has hardly any gluten free options- went elsewhere for breakfast. Will stay again.

We came for karaoke and called the day before our stay and were not told anything. When we arrived Saturday night there was a private function and no outsiders allowed. Very disappointing as this was the reason for our stay. Very overpriced hotel, would stay somewhere else in the future.
