Legitimately one of the best stays I’ve ever had and if you happen to stay there, go to the Aurora restaurant in the evening and get the steak frites (medium rare) or the brisket, best I’ve ever had. (Compliments to the chef on duty the night of the 25th of July, 2026).

I’m a returning guest - it’s always been a great place to stay. Convenient access to the city and the staff are terrific. Best breakfast!! The hotel isn’t new, can be a bit tired, but that’s minor, in the scheme of things. I’d recommend !!

Staff at the concierge desk were amazing! Front lobby very clean and inviting. Pool was dirty, hair, dirt floating around and water overall felt dirty. Housekeeping came to our room and only dropped off towels and toilet paper then left. Did not restock coffee bar (there were 3 of us and there was only one pouch of coffee). Bar tender in the lounge makes a mean cocktail, however took over an hour to get a drink when it wasn’t busy at all. Overall room was nice, beds were comfortable. Just fell flat in some other areas unfortunately. Definitely some room for improvement!

The only real issue was traffic noise due to the location. The location worked for me as I was attending a function but it is not a convenient location for walking. I recommend purchasing the breakfast package as it is excellent value. Room was clean and the beds were good. The windows were filthy on the outside and overall looked in poor condition.

We loved the front desk staff here, as well as the 4404 restaurant staff at breakfast! Our room was clean and great… The one thing they could do better is that the pool needed cleaning and maintenance!

This hotel needs work. Stayed there over 100 times over the past 10 years. There hasn’t been one update in rooms since first stay. Very old and haggard.

Hotel smells amazing when you walk in. It is starting to show signs of wear. I had a towel on my window as it appeared to be leaking.
