There was a hockey team staying there and they let them party way past the quiet period. We were there with our whole family, 2 babies and it ruined the entire weekend. Hotel staff need to be more on top of it for the experience of everyone. Our room was also not clean. Overall, would not recommend. The food was the saving grace, it was good.

You cannot manually change the temperature in the room. Maintenance had to come to change the thermostat but even by the next morning it only increased by one degree.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t really use the amenities. One suggestion, as a senior, would’ve either a bath mat or slip resistant slips in the shower/tub. Personally, despite being in very good shape for my age, I was being very careful in the tub.

The staff was friendly, room clean and big . The parking self park and the hotel changed &10 which is not make sense, also the parking was outside, not underground!! The restaurant was terrible, food, coffee not good

Nice enough. The plugs by the beds didn’t work, and the deadbolt on our door didn’t work.

Parking is safe but breakfast is nothing

I am writing to report a noise issue coming from a party or gathering downstairs. The music and noise are extremely loud and can be clearly heard inside my room. It is currently making it very difficult to sleep. I would appreciate it if you could address this situation as soon as possible.

Room was super clean. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Restaurant 4404 food was really delicious.

The hotel was fantastic for our team. The staff were super accommodating, the included breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m. was a huge plus considering we had very early morning games. The lounge was an added plus for the parents!

You cannot control the temperature in the rooms, and this place was hot! 26 degrees in our room, makes a menopausal women have a terrible sleep!
