Perfect location. Excellent staff. We had a king room with a river view that was also a sunset view and it was lovely. The large rooms, fridge, and sofa made for a great home base and to sort of reorganize and repack in the middle of a big road trip. The pool is really nice and the hot tub was actually hot with great jets, which I feel is usually lacking in hotels. Great attached restaurant with a view. Really can’t say enough nice things about our stay.

We love this hotel. Right on the water to watch ships and close to anything you would want to see. The pool and hot rum are amazing! We will for sure be back for another stay if in the area

Our second visit to this hotel in the past few weeks was much better. We had a renovated room which was very well done and nicely appointed. We ate at both restaurants and the food and service were great.

Our stay at the Delta was excellent. The staff is respectful and very attentive. Our room was just renovated and beautiful. Our room had a water view plus, we were in the Sault for Canada Day, had a front row seat for an amazing fireworks show. Worth the trip in all ways. We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed the bar and very good tap beer choices.

The hotel is under renovations and it is definitely needed. The rooms were passively cleaned not thoroughly. Build up of dust and crumps in overlooked places, the windows were full of handprints and the grout full of build up etc. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. Great location! I look forward to staying again and seeing the new upgrades.

I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very nice. The hotel is very clean, the restaurant has great food and the staff is wonderful throughout. Always stay here when I go to the Sault

This hotel has been recently renovated and is quite possibly the best hotel that we have stayed at for a very long time. Truely a standout property, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this outstanding hotel. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating staying here.

So when we arrived to check in our room wasn’t ready we had to wait 1 hour and I have two toddlers so it was pretty upsetting. And they didn’t offer any reimbursement or anything for that.

room door would not close on it's own, took too long for hot water to reach the sink and the toilet tank took awhile to fill. I could not flush twice in a row and you waist alot of water waiting for hot water at the sink.

The property is well located on the St Mary’s River with a lovely boardwalk and the lobby and other areas are nice. The rooms are tired and need an update. The breakfast food was underwhelming.
