Truly an amazing experience and staff are wonderful. Just wish there were a few more options for breakfast but otherwise highly recommend and will come back. This was my third time back.

First time staying at the hotel! Great location, amenities fantastic and the staff were kind and very helpful. The pool and hot tub worked out great for the kids as we were I town for a youth baseball tournament. Close to Metrotown mall and plenty of restaurants, the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and only a 20 minute drive to downtown.

The pool and hot tub worked out great for the kids as we were I town for a youth baseball tournament. Loved this place. So clean. Beautiful view of the city. Open room with lots of light. Lots of windows. Little kitchen with everything we needed available. Fridge and freezer available. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place. I will go back there again. The only downside is not walkable to a lot of places. There is a Starbucks across the street. There was an Italian restaurant at the hotel that was good. So clean & amazing place to stay.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having an in-room fridge and freezer was especially convenient. The only downside was the underground parking garage, which is very tight, especially if you have a larger SUV. There was one spot left, which required my husband to climb theough the passenger side to get out. When we mentioned this to the front desk they said we can park in other marked spots, which would have been helpful to know when we checked in. The breakfast options were also fairly limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but for the money paid we won't stay here again.

This was probably so far the best hotel I’ve stayed at ! The room was amazing and clean ! We were on the 12th floor and our view from the room was over the top !! Very beautiful ! Breakfast was very good and the tea shop in the hotel building was also very delicious ! They also have an indoor pool, hot tip, & sauna which is very nice ! Overall experience was a 10/10

We love staying here for our yearly family trip to Vancouver. The location is great and having a kitchen with a fridge is a bonus. There is a grocery right across the street and a mall within walking distance if you need anything. Breakfast is pretty much standard breakfast food but it's decent. They often run out of coffeee at breakfast and you have to wait a few minutes for them to make more, but that's not a big deal.
