Well organised for business traveller with lots of places to set up and work. That wasn't the purpose of this trip in particular but I will definitely be staying here in future.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the mountains. Although the hotel is located near busy streets, it is quiet during the night. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel does not have an onsite restaurant; however, there are many dining options nearby, such as Trattoria (just adjacent to the hotel), as well as Cactus Club and Earl's at Station Square Metrotown, which are within walking distance. I was appreciative that the hotel provided a free breakfast, as not many hotels offered this option. Hopefully in the future, the hotel will consider having its own onsite restaurant, even if they just offer light lunch and dinner options. They have great dining space on the 5th floor to possibly accomodate this. For shopping, the Metropolis at Metrotown shopping mall was nearby and definitely a bonus. The drives to Vancouver's attractions (Stanley Park, etc.) were also pretty straightforward. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

I really appreciated having a full-sized fridge in the kitchen rather than a tiny bar fridge. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Nice hotel in a good location. About a 10 minute walk from the Skytrain, and a short walk to Metrotown mall. Room had a small kitchenette and great bed. Would stay again.

Gavin and the staff were all really kind including the breakfast staff. Breakfast was great too!
Only complaint is black out curtains don’t actually go to walls and light come in both sides which defeats the purpose.

The Element was conveniently located with great ammenities. Having a stove top with numerous kitchen accessories was a great perk. The complementary breakfast was excellent with good hot and cold options and a nice sitting area. The only thing we had an issue with was the every-other-day house keeping option where we were forgotten on one day so our room was not cleaned or re-stocked. A call to the front desk fixed it up and house cleaning came on day 3.
