I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Montreal Downtown and overall had a very positive experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting expectations for this category of hotel. One small note: I was expecting slippers in the room, but they were not provided. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus, and it was really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Initial room was directly in front of the elevation. Asked to change location and my request was immediatly accepted. New room is spotless but missing conditioner in the supplie bottles in the shower. Will advise the front desk at checkout time.

We stayed for one night on our way to Old Quebec. The hotel is very close to the main attractions. Parking is expensive; we paid CAD 40 for valet parking.The room was okay, and the breakfast was good as well. However, we could not find any complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Since the hotel is located in the center of the city and very close to the road, it was quite difficult for us to unload our boxes and bags from the car.

The property was clean and well maintained by staff who were polite and attentive. Breakfast was good nothing special but had a variety of items to choose from and plenty of options for kids. The hotel is in a busy area so you will hear sirens and noise from outside at night. Parking was the biggest issue for me, had to find parking away from the hotel and walk back. Valet is double the price but is also an option. Coffee bar was great they had espresso and lattes. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.
