Stayed here for osheaga with a few friends. This hotel is a great location to old Montreal and the metro. It is a bit of a further walk to the shopping/eaton centre. Breakfast was included which was great! Valet parking is only useful to smaller cars, so we ended up parking at an offsite underground a 5 min walk away. The area of the offsite parking is a bit sketchy at night but this is the same parking we’d use for any other hotel in the vicinity. It was about 50$ for offsite for the whole weekend and $40 a night for valet anyways so the cost saving was worth it. Overall great hotel, comfortable and more modern than the other hotels in the area.

Fine, got the job done but nothing more than mediocre

We stayed 2 nights with 2 teenaged boys. Was dismayed to realize the room wouldn't be made up or no new towels brought in unless I asked. For what we paid, I expected housekeeping service. Noone told me we would not get this. Breakfast was a benefit and well produced. Thank you ! Air conditioner was crazy loud and had to be shut off ...then room was too warm. Location was great!

Breakfast included but very basic. Clean property, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good ac. Good staff. Very well connected to metro/Subway. Purchase your own water.

This hotel is located in the middle of downtown so it's very convenient for anyone who visits Montréal. Staff were very kind, professional, attentive, and willing to help. The room and amenities were clean as well. The included breakfast was compact but every dish was great. The duvet was quite thin and light for a hotel. And even though I didn't put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping was not done at all. But the overall experience was very satisfying so those are very minor issues. Thanks for the kind hospitality and service. Willing to go back whenever I visit Montréal.

C'était incroyable meilleures expérience que j'ai eu a Montréal et je suis venue souvent dans cette ville pis l'expérience de cette hôtel est littéralement la meilleure que j'ai jamais eu le staff est polie, courtois, chaleureux et accueillant ils font tous et toutes un travail phénoménal et je compte bien y revenir la prochaine fois que je viens a Montréal !

Très bien sur toute la ligne. Très proche de tous les événements du centre-ville - Place des Arts et du Vieux-Port.

The location was perfect between Rene Lévesque Blvd & St Catherine. Because of the location it is very busy. Maintained very well. Clean room, excellent staff. Will definitely stay again!

Great staff and service. Breakfast was ok but the service was able to keep the mornings fluid. The gym was fine but there was minimal A/C Overall a great place to stay near a lot of areas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the amenities and services received based on my recent 4 night stay.

This hotel is located in the best spot. It is so close to transport, old Montreal, china town. The staff were amazing always able to assist. This will be where I will stay when I return!

Clean room. Breakfast was ok.

Although the rooms are small they were renovated. The room had a safe and ironing board/ iron. The breakfast buffet in the morning was busy and decent. The location is close to the subway and lots of amenities in the area. Overall the property is clean. Staff were friendly but one in particular was a bit odd. He recommended I take the stairs as the elevator was taking a long time and I was on the second floor. As I went to do that, he then yelled at me that he didn't know if I would be locked in or not. I asked if he could find out before doing that he said not really. Huh? So I took a chance and it worked out. I just thought it was odd to offer a suggestion like that without really any initiative to find out that it was in fact viable as an option. Overall the hotel is a solid 3.5/5. I would stay there again.

Facilities are well maintained and the breakfast is good.

Just lovely. Stayed for 10 days. Staff was great and helpful. I was in constant amazement of the efficiency of the breakfast service, as we were there during Jazzfest and the place was packed. No problem though—the staff made sure the food items, jams, sugar, coffee, etc etc were always quickly restocked and maintained. Likewise, they were all aware of tables that needed to be cleaned/cleared and did so immediately. I often sat at the coffee bar and as a result inadvertently observed the staff’s interaction with each other and other guests. They were always kind, respectful and polite. Hotel is clean, beds were comfy. Gym is amazing. Room attendants were respectful and helpful. Great stay!

It's been 3 days since checkout and the $60 incidental charge on my credit card is still there. I never received a receipt upon checking out despite asking them for one. They refused to provide one stating that I booked through Expedia. I did not use any paid facilities at the hotel, so they need to release the hold from my credit card. It should also be a policy to always provide a printed receipt to a customer upon check out. I have stayed at many different Marriott hotels in different cities and have always been provided a final receipt but this one in Montreal is the first Marriott that refused to provide me one. While my overall stay was pleasant, this issue of incidental hold is causing me stress.
