We stayed on 18th floor, no hot water at all for basin and tub. No way in clean up in freezing water 😖
We kind of delayed in checking out as their partner restaurant kept messed up our orders. Even I called front desk ahead, when we returned to the room to pick up luggage, a full bag of public garbage was placed in front of our room door. Is it a symbol that guests not welcome or we are kidded out????

We enjoyed staying here as we had a side view of the falls, I do not think the price of the room for this hotel was worth it and found it to be a bit over priced. We went up on a snow storm, only to find no parking on property. The sidewalks and such were not maintained from snow or salt. The hotel clerk was not aware if there was any valet (valet was off assisting others). The parking lot was down the road, up a back road, behind a restaurant. Again nothing was shovelled or safe to get around back to the hotel with our bags etc. the hotel elevators were broken and we had only 1 elevator running. So to get to the room from check in was roughly 30 min. Takes a log time when there are so many people using them. As for the room itself, it was spacious and large with so much room to move about! Beds are comfortable and the view was okay as it was a parking lot and a corner of the falls. The other issue we had, the lobby washroom was cleaned at 12pm and by 12:05 there was no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. I feel a standard room would be a better deal to stay here!

The restaurants in the hotel property were excessively expensive. 50$ per person for a breakfast, in a low quality dinner. Parking is overpriced as well.

We would not return, since the property was badly soundproof. You can hear lots of banging noises of doors thru corridors, and thumping noises from upstairs or next door. The window was also not able to close properly, therefore at 2am in the morning, you can hear people shouting on the streets. Also the parking

We’re part of 12 and booked 3 rooms -
I booked two queen beds per room and requested side-by-side rooms well in advance. Upon check-in, I was told this was not possible, and the front desk scattered our rooms. One of the rooms was downgraded to a single king bed, forcing my son to sleep on a rollaway bed due to lack of space.
At 11 PM, I received a call from the front desk stating that one of our rooms was under a different reservation name, and I had to come down immediately to fix their error. When I expressed concern about the lack of space for my family, the staff unprofessionally asked about my ethnicity. I replied that I’m Filipino, and she responded that she couldn’t do anything because all rooms were fully booked.
I felt discriminated against and there was no empathy shown. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me an extra $40 for a correction that was their mistake. I will not return to this hotel, and I urge management to address the discriminatory behavior of your staff.
