Although a bit dated the rooms were clean and comfortable. Managing the temperature in the room was easy and it maintain a comfortable temp all night. Easy walk to several eating places.

Good location in downtown Grand Forks. The staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was available on site.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, beds very very comfortable, and motel quiet even though on the highway. We would stay there again , great value for what we got!!
