Good value, but a bit noisy if on the ground floor and the guest above chooses to wear outside shoes walking around their room in the middle of the night.

This is a old property but clean and comfortable.

Although a bit dated the rooms were clean and comfortable. Managing the temperature in the room was easy and it maintain a comfortable temp all night. Easy walk to several eating places.

Good location in downtown Grand Forks. The staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was available on site.

Everything you need to get a restful night after. Long drive.

Clean and comfortable. Good value for the location.

The room was very big. It contained a lot of furniture which isn’t necessary. General lighting wasn’t great. Bedding and towels were clean. The shower was hot. The room opened to the parking lot which sits on a fairly busy intersection. There were two chairs and a table outside of the door for sitting. The hotel is right downtown Grand Forks. There are several restaurants and one “pub” within a two block radius. We had our dog and there is a nice trail along the river for walking.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, beds very very comfortable, and motel quiet even though on the highway. We would stay there again , great value for what we got!!
