Clean, good breakfast, good parking, the pool was too cold

Your breakfast wasn't the best the sausage wasn't looking cooked. It wasn't crunchy. Your staff was amazing though, but the food was lacking. Very much your oranges were older than old.You didn't have any bananas out for the older people and the pool it was cold.But I can tolerate that, but your hot tub was awful.It was dirty, it was lucky.I got a rash on my leg

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff!

Room was clean, bright and airy. My request for a lower floor was granted to facilitate taking my dog outside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I asked for a late check out. Close to lots of restaurants. Right off the 400 so easy access. Safe neighbourhood.

Issues with filter system in the heater brought to their attention - nothing was done no discount - just thanks for bringing to our attention - we will be travelling down more for medical and need to stay there but won’t if something doesn’t change or if someone doesn’t contact us

Stayed 1 night. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Quiet area. Plenty of food choices, within minutes drive. Breakfast was plentiful and great selection.

The staff at this particular hotel were very, very friendly and helpful. It was March break and the lady that was looking after the kids program was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

All the staff at the hotel that we had encountered were amazing. Friendly, and very helpful. We were upgraded to a suit as our room was not ready upon arriving. Great room, great lobby. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a good location. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay!

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Your staff was aware that there were two adults and two children staying in our room, yet only three towels were provided. The room was also not properly prepared upon arrival. There was mold on the shower curtain, even though it is something that can easily be washed or replaced. The bed sheets were not placed on the beds properly and appeared to have been carelessly put on. There was also only half a roll of toilet paper in the room when we arrived. We called to request both more toilet paper and additional towels, but nothing was brought for quite some time. Right before we were leaving, someone finally came with one roll of toilet paper, but told us they could not provide any towels because the hotel had run out of them. In addition, one of the elevators was not working, and we were told it apparently had not been working for two weeks. This caused long wait times, and when we were finally able to use the elevator, we had to ride with smelly garbage, which was very unpleasant, especially while staying there with children. Overall, we are very unimpressed with the cleanliness, service, and overall condition of the hotel during our stay. This experience fell far below what we expected, and I feel these issues should be taken seriously and addressed properly.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. However there was only one elevator that was working. Very inconvenient with so many people in the hotel that weekend.

Excellent hotel to stay at; the kids enjoyed it very much. Tons of space in the room which made it easy for us to stay in during the cold weekend

Ftont desk was great and very friendly . Hotel room was clean , but there was only 2 towels for a family a 5 staying . Also the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty. Fold out couch was very hard and uncomfortable. Poom and hot tub were very enjoyable . Not worth the amount we paid for only 1 night.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Noise disturbance from a young hockey team until 1:30 am. Not acceptable! The room and staff were great.

At $290 was not worth the price. At that price I expect a full breakfast, a bathroom where the backsplash isn't falling down. I had friends stay and book just 2 days before me and the price was 140 less. Absolutely not going back or recommending it to anyone.
