Very nice

The walls in the room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Splashes of... dirt and droplets everywhere. There wasn't really anywhere to hang a hand or face towel im the bathroom, either. The doors of the rooms were the worst part of the whole thing. Every door slammed loudly when it closed, and blocked about as much sound as a piece of paper. I could hear doors slamming all up and down the hall whenever anyone went in or out of their room. There were loud teenagers in the room next to me, slamming in and out of their room, screaming and running up and down the hall for about 4 hours one day. I could hear everything going on in the hall, including the staff swearing and complaining about their scheduling, and the loud walkie-talkie the cleaners were using to communicate. The room and furniture was fine and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff who checked me in, Rico, was the best part of the experience. He was friendly and helpful. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and while this was passable, I'd never choose this hotel again.

Clean and staff super friendly with an early to-go breakfast in a bag for the road. Nice bonus!

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean, has swimming pool, staffing very friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient and the breakfast is excellent. There is also free coffee available.

We always keep returning to this beautiful, comfy, relaxing and worth every penny! Rooms are always so clean and never have to worry about anything. Pool is fantastic and this hotel is amazing for families. Staff are always so welcoming and have also remembered us since we keep coming back every year! This stay we got upgraded to a queen suit room at no extra charge due to my family of 4. We will be returning! 100/100

Really good breakfast, lots of options!

The room was very large, and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean and very big with good water pressure. The breakfast was very good, they had scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, and various breads, bagels and muffins. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the noise level at night was very low. Overall an excellent stay.
