The room was great and spacious. But we were really disappointed that the pool wasn’t working. We specifically picked this hotel for the little pool for small children and when we got there, it wasn’t working. It should be noted when you book.

My overall experience was good but one front desk personnel could be more friendlier. The hotel can't do much about this, but there was a very large group staying with kids who ran up and down my hallway spilling ice and knocking on my colleague's door and just being loud kids until midnight...I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Great for short stays...not a lot of food options in walking distance.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold options, plus good coffee. The hotel is also very conveniently located, only about a 5-minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Overall, a great experience.

Clean room, seamless check in. Good breakfast as well. My only issue was the brightness of the thermostat in the room. It made it difficult for me to sleep because it was so bright.
