Overall the experience was lovely. Staff were accommodating on our large family gathering on the foyer. Rooms and area are clean. Only complaint would be queen and king size pillows for the king bed.

I was disappointed that my room was not ready when I arrived at 3 pm for check in. I think check in time should be 3 pm at the latest as I had a meeting at 4 to prepare for.

Check In was the worst I have ever had.
I had to give her all my information that is normally on file when I book on line.
She asked if I would be okay with a Accessible Room?
I said no ,she put us in one anyway so I had to call and get her to give us another room.
She then had us take everything out of that room then go get another key for the new room
Only to find out it was right across from the room we had.
Very frustrating.
