Nice. No complaints other than missed refilling the hand soap, and wish they have clothes hanger where you can dry clothes after swimming.

The chairs and sofa and foot rest in our room needed to be cleaned. There were stains on all of them

30 min after I checked in the housekeeper just decided to enter the room without knocking. She left as soon as she saw I was in the room. Then she came back 15min later and actually knocked this time. I feel it is unacceptable to enter a room without knocking. The shower head, although good pressure, had water spraying all different directions. It obviously needs to have some hard water deposits cleaned away…but the housekeeping service should notice this when cleaning the shower. The housekeeping department either doesn’t seem to care or are not well trained.

One improvement I would like but not sure if doable. I like a dark room at night but the digital clock and microwave light up the room too much for me. I put a towel over them but still doesn't block them out.

Our stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. We will definitely stay again.

The property is clean and tidy. Breakfast is hot and staff was lovely. Beds are comfy and pool area was clean and well kept.

The Hotel was easy to get to and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was within walking distance. The only disappointment was the water slide didn't have water running down the slide (Dry) The drinking water was shut off and the hot tub was dirty. I used the exercise room which was very nice. Everything else was great. Especially the continental breakfast, excellent!

The room was good and bed comfortable. There was no need to exfoliate in the shower because the towels were very rough. They desperately need either new towels or some fabric softener. The breakfast was great for a complementary breakfast. But they use paper plates and plastic cutlery. It would be great if a large company like Hilton cared a bit more about their footprint on the environment.
