We had a really nice stay. The staff were great! Our room was just lovely and clean.

Upon check in I was told that the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to a maintenance issue. I asked if this would be reflected in the room rate. Without so much as checking the rate I had booked the room at the front desk attendant said the room was already listed at its lowest rate. Regardless of what the lowest rate is, if an advertised amenity is unavailable, there should be some form of response other than a condescending prefabricated line. The staff at this location is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand and are in need of corporate retraining.

I’ve stayed several times. I enjoy the location and the local restaurants. Breakfast is satisfying. the rooms are very nice and quiet. The only thing I would complain about is the hot tube has only been working twice in my several visits.

The breakfast was great. There were many options and the food was hot and fresh. Loved the fruit salad and the super fresh bagels. My other half loved the omelets and sausages. There's tea and coffee available in the lobby at all hours, with a huge selection of teas. The room was pet friendly and they tend to be a little more worn than other rooms. This was the case, things seemed a little dated and worn out. We were so glad that our dog was welcome, but the hotel seemed more pet-tolerant than pet-friendly compared to other places we've stayed. One issue was that we couldn't enjoy the gym or hot tub together because we couldn't leave our dog unattended in the room. That was a bit inconvenient but not unreasonable. Most hotels don't want dogs left unattended so this wasn't unusual or unexpected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again.

I travel often. This hotel is very clean, good breakfast and in great condition. will definitely be coming back

Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Our king suite was amazing, the pullout couch was perfect for the kids. The cleaning staff were so nice and accommodating.
