We always like the spaciousness of a Hampton room. However, staff and management seem to be unaware of things that should be attended to. The SINGLE armchair in our room was old, worn and uncomfortable. Why, in a Hampton? The desk chair simply wouldn't adjust, requiring two pillows on it for a short person to even reach the desk surface. Finally, there seemed to be no way to adjust either the temperature or the fan speed of the Amana wall air conditioner; noisier than expected, and not the temperature we would have preferred. Again. staff and maintenance should have been aware of this issue. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay at a Hampton, as usual.

I only stayed overnight in order to have a place to sleep. I will say the cleanliness of the room was first class. The same problem though, that I have with most hotels....the lack of choice when it comes to pillows. Not everyone appreciates thick fluffy pillows. Some of us like them a little thinner in order not to get a kink in the neck.

Hotel staff were outstanding. However, for a Hampton Inn and Suites, I expected a more updated room. Breakfast style buffet was nice and free baked cookies were amazing. Close to freeway, gas stations and restaurants. Unless, rooms were updated, I would probably not stay there again.

Staff was amazing during my stay. The room was nice. And theres the little pond walking area close by if you want to getaway from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and convience stores near by.
