Great stay

Clean room, comfy beds, great breakfast!

The tom was very clean and the breakfast was well stocked. Construction supplies in the parking lot closed a few spaces off

Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable ! Great stay , Breakfast room was well kept and clean and nice variety of foods .

The room was clean and spacious. I had a small problem when checking in and the front desk staff wouldn’t listen to the situation but just stated “that’s policy”. Wasn’t a huge deal, but it wasn’t pleasant.

Great place to stay staff was very friendly. The amenities were all great.

Staff was efficient, polite and professional.

Easy to get to, location close to restaurants, gas stations. Clean rooms and common area. Hot breakfast is typical selection, coffee and tea available 24 hours. They accommodated my pet free room request.

Our room was so hot. Had the air conditioning set to the coldest setting but could not sleep from the hot room. Called front desk and was told to check the setting was not on heat. Not helpful.

You have to join the Hilton Honor Club to get free wifi. So if you’re like me and don’t care to have a membership at every hotel chain you stay at, either be prepared to go without or pay. (We went without) The staff member at the front desk was the only one working at 4:00 when people were checking in so was too busy to assist with wifi. Really didnt know much when we asked for a work around. Otherwise great hotel, but many other options in the area.

Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again!
