Hampton Inn by Hilton Halifax Downtown

It was clean

The room was so clean the staff was amazing the gotel was clean also and the food was great

Requested a microwave did not have supplied in the room at time of check in, the coffee machine showed a K Cup machine in the pictures on Expedia which it was not, the room was not spacious and there was construction/renovations happening and had to wait for elevators at times or could not get on due to equipment/furniture, there was a parking charge at $27 even for Handicap, wooden utensils were supplied for breakfast. Most likely will NOT stay there again. We have stayed at other Hampton’s and have always been Completely Satisfied!!

Very clean hotel. No on site restaurant, pool was closed so those were disappointing things. Nothing special about this location.

Everything was very good , but the quality of water of indoor swimming pool.

Great place to stay, right in the heart of downtown where all amenities are walkable including the harbour.

The breakfast could have had better choices including more healthy options. Our room wasn’t cleaned for a few days. Otherwise it was a decent hotel and good experience

The hotel location is great, but what made our stay even better was the staff. We had a few issues with our room and parking and the staff always resolved the issue. We eve had manager reach out directly to ensure our stay was comfortable. The pool and gym are nice, and breakfast is also okay. Would recommend this place 100%

It was a great stay, clean and quiet, and great staff

I think they overbooked the rooms and there was no room available for me, they rearranged me to another hotel which is in the next building, so I can’t really leave a review to Hampton Inn since I didn’t use their rooms. The other hotel’s room was excellent though. Only negative point is the pool, they share the same pool for those 2 hotels and it looks to small and too shallow for adults and also there was a strong chlorine odour that can irritate your eyes and nose, I saw a couple of kids coughing there, not sure it was the chlorine though. Amazing staff, excellent breakfast and prime location! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

there was an irritant of sorts (atmosphere) in the room, that required us to vacate before my wife's sensitivities became overwhelming and requiring hospitalization. There was a dire lack of parking that is not identified when booking, go figure, we will not be booking there ever again, regardless of availability of accommodations in the area.
