Breakfast was great, variety options. Staff was very friendly, helpful and gave suggestions on where to eat. Overall, great stay amd great accommodations!

Everything was perfect. I couldn’t have had a better stay. I will definitely be back!

The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the urns of coffee in the lobby and happy to see decaf as well as tea options. Suggestion: add plain coffee mate as an option to the. Flavoured versions. I wasn't happy that there wasn't a safe in the room, despite the perks of a microwave a fridge.

Didn’t have time for breakfast, which doesn’t begin until 7 am. Property was nothin’ fancy but clean. Some wear and tear of poor materials like doors and stuff but overall it was comfortable and felt like reasonable value for the price.

We are return guests and find the rooms clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It's great that the room comes equipped with a fridge and a microwave. There are plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. Complimentary hot beverages are available in the lobby around the clock. Breakfast buffet is fabulous - hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, hot and cold cereal, waffles with a variety of toppings. Breakfast area is kept clean and staff are wonderful in being very helpful and cheerful. Front desk staff were also very helpful and when we needed to change rooms (needed an accessible room with roll-in shower) it was done quickly and with no fuss. The only suggests for the future would be 1) to have shower toiletries mounted closer to the fold-down seat as one can't really reach them while seated and 2) it is more difficult to propel a wheelchair on the carpeted area than on tile (when the time comes to replace the carpet, tile would be better). My husband loves the fitness centre and pool. Hampton Inn by Hilton Hamilton has become our hotel of choice and look forward to our next stay.

Overall, the property, facilities, and the staff were great. It’s our second time staying as the location is perfect for visiting family. Some areas that weren’t as great as I would like are the pillows are too soft, no support for your neck, the parking is expensive, and they water down the maple syrup at breakfast. It literally poured like water, had no taste and the pancakes just soaked it up.

Spacious clean room. Controls for the window blind were hard to see, a bit low. the bed is comfortable. 2 pillows per person for a king bed but they weren't king size! Quiet. Didn't realize that there was underground parking!

The hotel was clean and the staff were kind. The location was close to Hamilton hospitals, which was convenient. There was a fair bit of street noise in our room overnight. The breakfast was pleasant, but we found there were not a lot of choices compared to some other Hampton Inn hotels we have stayed at. Overall it was a good experience at a nice hotel.

The hotel was new and very clean but the area was very safe with shady people all around the whole area. We had to walk to our venue and had to constantly look over our shoulders. Streets and doorways cluttered with garbage. Very disappointing to see this when Hess Village used to be the place to hang out in my day. Not now! Service in the hotel was very good. Great gym to workout in with lots of floor space
